Men's Golf Finishes Second at the SIUE Invite

The Spartan Linksters claimed second place out of seven teams at the SIUE Invitational. MBU finished second place with a team score of 296. SIUE won the tournament with a team score of 295. MBU’s Erik Rios took first place with individual scores of 69 and 73. Rios won in a one hole playoff. MBU’s Ryan Howell took 3rd place shooting 69 and 76 and Danny Manselle took 5th place with scores of 75 and 73. The Women’s tournament played at Missouri Valley College was shortened to 18 holes due to rain. The tournament hosted five teams and 44 players. MBU freshman, Jennifer Lots placed fourth with a score of 85. MBU’s Jessica Grimes tied 11th and Mindy Boles tied 13th. Below is the Men’s team scoring from the SIUE Invite.
