Amanda Schick - Staff Profile

Head Women's Track & Field / Cross Country Coach

Coach Schick joins MBU this year with four years of collegiate coaching under her belt. She spent the past three years as an Assistant Coach at NCAA Division I Northwestern State University (Natchitoches, Louisiana). While there, Coach Schick was primarily in charge of coaching Sprints and Relays. She coached one NCAA All-American and one USA Track and Field Meet qualifier.

Prior to coaching at NSU, Coach Schick served as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Grand Valley State University, a NCAA Division II institution in Allendale, Michigan.

As a college athlete, Coach Schick was a member of the Track and Field team at Western State College of Colorado. There, she was named to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Conference Team, and was a NCAA National Meet Qualifier as a member of her 4x400 Relay Team.

Coach Schick hopes that her competitive drive and experience can help the MBU Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country teams to continue building on their tradition of success.
