Missouri Baptist University

Academics at MBUMBU is known throughout the region as being a strong, private, Christian, liberal arts college with excellent 4-year degree programs. And we’re especially well known for our proven track record in preparing students in positions in Sports Medicine, in Business, and in Education as elementary, middle, and high school teachers.

Small School, Big Opportunities

We’re also known for our strong programs in the Arts & Sciences, including Communications, English, History, Music, Religion, and many others. In cooperation with Washington University, MBU students may also participate in the Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC). And for those students who have interests outside of our formal academic departments, individualized majors can be developed under the guidance of one of our helpful faculty advisors.

At MBU, our goal isn’t just to give you a great education, it is to help you use that education to accomplish your particular career goals. No matter your post-graduate plans, be it graduate or professional school or immediate entry to the world of work, we can point you in the right direction and help you find everything you need to succeed. Our career support efforts include an extensive range of career planning and job placement services, including seminars, internships, and on-campus interviews with leading St. Louis businesses.
