Please use this first page as a checklist to help you record what you have completed and what still needs to be completed. Refer to the Process of Admissions for help with understanding the steps in the admission process. Finally, please note the initial application forms you will need to complete and send to the Admissions office.
In order to study in the United States, you will need to receive an F-1 (non-immigrant student) visa. The documentation required to obtain this Visa is a Form I-20. To be issued an I-20 by Missouri Baptist University, you must first be accepted by Missouri Baptist University. In order to be considered for acceptance, the following documents must be submitted for review by the Missouri Baptist University Admissions Committee:

- $25.00 application fee
- One Letter of Recommendation
- One Academic Reference (only necessary from first-year college students)
- Visa Clearance Form
(only
necessary if transferring from another US institution) - TOEFL results (if English is not the primary language)

- Proof of Financial Ability

- Sources
of Funds Form

- Detailed Financial Documents (Affidavits of Support, Statements of Account)

- Transcripts in English (WES evaluation, if you have already attended a foreign University)
- $3,000 deposit; ($1500 for Graduate Students)
The following are also required and can be submitted at any time during the application process (before or after being accepted):
- Proof of health insurance.
- An Immunization Record (signed by a medical professional)
- Housing Application and Deposit (if you are planning to live in the University residence halls)
