Submitting Manuscripts Submissions of scholarly articles and book reviews are welcome and should be sent as e-mail attachments to the editor, John J. Han, at hanjn@mobap.edu. Articles must be 15-25 pages in length, double-spaced, and deal with the philosophical, theological, and/or pedagogical issues related to the integration of Christian faith and higher learning. Volume 2, Number 1 (Spring 2003) through Volume 4, Number 1 (Spring 2005) features one or two fields of study each. Book reviews must be 4-8 pages in length, double-spaced, and deal with recently published scholarly books which may or may not be related to the academic fields covered in each issue. The academic fields refer to the covered areas of study, not necessarily to the contributors’ areas of specialization. The deadlines for a 250-word proposal (with a working title in case of an article) are as follows:
All submissions must conform to MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers, 5th ed., and be typewritten double-spaced throughout. An article should include in-text citations in parentheses, a list of endnotes (if applicable), and, at the end of the article, an alphabetical listing of works cited. A book review needs only page numbers in parentheses after direct quotations. |
