e. Statement of professional experience and goals
2. Program Completion Assessment
a. Passing score on Praxis or appropriate test
b. Satisfactory evaluations of practicum
c. Successful evaluation of professional portfolio of all entities/artifacts before Missouri Baptist University Graduate Faculty Committee
d. Graduate check with your advisor two semesters prior to degree completion
e. Completed graduation application
