  • Are you planning to major or minor in either Christain Ministry, Christian Music, or Worship Arts? Yes - Major Yes - Minor No
  • Do you have an immediate relative (mom, dad, brother, or sister) who is currently enrolled in undergraduate courses at MBU? Yes No
  • Did you complete the Missouri Girls or Boys State program? Yes No
